Moradabad: Northern Railway issued a high alert for its GRP, RPF, and other religious places on May 21 after receiving a letter threatening to below up several railway stations and religious places including Roorkee, Haridwar, in Moradabad division of Northern Railway, according to the RPF senior correspondent Manoj Kumar.
