The Nakodar City police have booked unidentified miscreants with an unsuccessful attempt to loot an ATM.
Rohini Sharma a resident of Guru Teg Bahadur Nagar complained to the police she is working as a manager of a Bank branch on Shankar Road.
She said unidentified miscreants made an unsuccessful attempt to loot the Bank ATM on October 21 and damaged it adding that there is no guard at night.
Investigating Officer Dilbag Singh said that a case under sections 303 (2) (theft) and 62()attempt to commit offenses punishable with life imprisonment ) of the BNS has been registered against the unidentified accused
