SHAHKOT
Two migrants were killed in different accidents in areas of Shahkot police station on October 14.
Investigating officer (IO) Jagtar Singh said that the deceased had been identified as Suman Kumar (35) a native of Bihar state and living in Malsain village who was driving a motorcycle that hit a road divider and was killed.
IO said that the second deceased has been identified as Sandip Rishi Dev (35)a native of Bihar state and living in Chak Chela village who was driving a motorcycle and fell due to a pothole in the road and was killed.
said the police acting under section 194 of the BNSS handed over the bodies to the families after post-mortem.
A Kapurthala district resident was also killed in an accident in Lohian Khas police station.
Investigating Officer Prem Kumar said that the deceased has been identified as Pawan Kumar alias Pamma a resident of Vattan Wali village under Kabir Pur police station,
Manjinder Kaur told the police that her husband was killed in an accident.
