NAKODAR
The Nakodar Sadar police have arrested a villager on a charge of selling illicit liquor. Investigating Officer Major Singh said 26 bottles of hooch were seized from the possession of the accused identified as Jagdeesh Singh a resident of Loh Garh village. A case under section 61/1/14 of the Punjab Excise Act was registered against the accused.
