SHAHKOT
The Shahkot police station on Wednesday recorded a heat-related death case of an unidentified person in its jurisdiction.
The investigating officer (IO) Sulinder Singh said that Sucha Singh a resident of Mohalla Dherai informed the police that an unidentified person was lying dead in his locality.
IO said the police reached the spot and sent it to Nakodar Civil Hospital for post-mortem adding that the deceased died in the heat-related attack.
IO said that police had registered a case g under section 174 of the Cr. P.C.
