The Shahkot police have booked a village resident on charges of endangering the life and personal safety of a villager.
Investigating Officer (IO) Sulinder Singh said that the accused has been identified as Ravi Singh son of Jaswant Singh a resident of Bhudhann Wal village.

Village complained to the police that the accused was angry and discussing with his son Krishan Kumar alias Krishan and negligently fired from his double barrel gun on the ground and a pallet of a cartridge pierced his son’s left leg.
IO said that a case under section 336(act endangering life or personal safety of others) of The IPC and section 27/54/59 of the Arms Act has been registered against the accused.
