: Deputy Commissioner Dr. Himanshu Aggarwal on Saturday day honorued over 150 officials/employees for their outstanding services during the 2024 Jalandhar Lok Sabha elections.
During a simple ceremony held at the District Administrative Complex, the Deputy Commissioner handed over appreciation letters to the officials/employees, lauding their significant role in conducting the entire election process efficiently. He said that the officials/employees, with their responsibility, dedication, and commitment, ensured that the election process in the district was conducted in a free, fair, and transparent manner.
Dr. Aggarwal congratulated the teams for carrying out this extensive process smoothly and uninterruptedly, motivating them to perform their duties with the same enthusiasm and dedication in the future as well.
While appreciating the officials/employees, the Deputy Commissioner expressed hope that they would also carry out their duties diligently during the upcoming Jalandhar West Assembly by-election.
On this occasion, the Deputy Commissioner urged for increased greenery in the district by distributing saplings to the appreciation letter recipients.
