The Nakodar City police have arrested a second accused for stealing cash and mobile handsets from a house.
Investigating Officer (IO) Harinder Singh said that the accused has been identified as Jagmeet Singh alias Nikka son of Joginder Singh a resident of Mohalla Tower,Harike Patann , Taran Tarn district
Surinder Kumar a resident of Mohalla Guru Nanak Pura had complained to the police that the accused barged into his house on June 11 early morning and decamped with his purse containing Rs 500, two smart mobile handsets, and other documents.
.IO said that a case under sections 457(lurking house-trespass) and 380(theft in dwelling house) of the IPC was registered against the accused and his accomplice was arrested earlier.
