A migrant youth was electrocuted on Saturday outside Nakodar Railway Station
Government Railway police assistant sub-inspector (ASI) Jaspal Singh said that the deceased has been identified as Durgesh Kumar (35) a native of UP state.
ASI said that the deceased was repairing the outer signal outside Nakodar railway station along with ten other workers when he accidentally touched a high-voltage power line and was electrocuted.
IO said the police acting under section 174 of the Cr. P.C. on a statement from his colleague handed over the body to the family after post-post-mortem.
