NAKODAR
The Nakodar Sadar police have booked unidentified thieves on the charge of stealing cash from a shop.
Jaspreet Singh a resident of Pati Takhar Shankar village complained to the police that thieves barged into his shop by breaking the main shutter on June 1 night and stole Rs 60,000 from cash box.
The investigating officer Harjeet Singh said that a case under sections 457 (lurking house-trespass), and 380(theft in dwelling house) of the IPC has been registered against the unidentified accused.
