A 17 -year-old youth, a resident of Garha locality in Jalandhar city has been missing for the last seven days.
Jonath Pamei a resident of Khem Karan Vihar near Garha Road Jalandhar Cantt complained to the police that his brother Paulam Pamei ((17) was missing from the house on May 2 without telling anybody as he was mentally unsound and had no money or mobile phone.
