NAKODAR
The Nakodar Sadar police have booked two persons including a woman on the charge of criminal trespass, intimidation, and committing the crime with common intention.
Investigating officer (IO) and in charge, Shahkar police post-Harjit Singh said that the accused have been identified as Jaspreet Kaur wife of Bikramjit Singh a resident of Nakodar City, and Pawitar Singh son of Dilwar Singh a resident of Peer Pur village.
Jagdeesh Singh a resident of Sarihn village complained to the police that the accused destroyed landmarks fixed by Patwari on a piece of land.
IO said that a case under sections 434 (destroying or moving landmarks fixed by the authority of public servant t) 201(causing disappearance of evidence of offense) 447(criminal trespass) 427(mischief )506(criminal intimidation) and 34(committing the crime with common intention) of the IPC has been registered against the accused.
