The Mehat Pur police have arrested a drug peddler on charges of selling intoxicant tablets.
Investigating officer (IO) Manjinder Singh that 120 intoxicant tablets were recovered from the possession of the accused identified as Gurjit Singh ails Jassi son of Shinder Singh a resident of Madhe Pur village under Sidham Bet police station in Ludhiana district
. IO said a case under sections 22/61/85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused.
