NAKODAR
The Mehat Pur police have arrested two thieves on the charge of stealing copper wires from farmers' motors.
The Investigating Officer (IO) Jagtar Singh said that the accused have been identified as Pawan Kumar alias Kamal son of Balvir Chand and Jaswinder Singh son of Bhalwan Singh resident of Ri Pur Arayeen village.
Sawann Singh ia resident of Chhhohle village
complained to the police that the accused stole copper wire from his motor and adjoining motors.
IO said that stolen copper wire from farmer’s motors was recovered from the accused. A case under sections 379(theft) and 4111(dishonestly receiving stolen property) of the IPC has been registered against the accused.
