The Mehat Pur police have arrested two thieves on the charge of stealing girders from a farmer’s motor.
Investigating officer Harwinder Singh said the accused had been identified as Amandeep Singh son of Kashmiri Lal and Rajinder Singh son of Baldish Singh residents of Bath Kalan village.
Gurwinder Singh a resident of Hari Pur village complained to the police that the accused stole girders from his motor.
IO said a case under section 379(theft) of the IPC has been registered against the accused and recovered stolen girders and impounded a motorcycle used in the crime.
