To instill a sense of security among voters ahead of the Lok Sabha Elections, Assistant Nodal Officer 34 Jalandhar West Alka Kalia and ACP West Kulbhushan Sharma today led a flag march of the paramilitary force and Punjab Police in busy areas of the city.
The flag march started from Sri Guru Ravidas Chowk and went through various parts of the city including Ghas Mandi, Basti Gujan, Basti Danishmanda, Bhargav Camp, Avtar Nagar, and Nakodar Chowk.
The ARO said that the administration was duty-bound to maintain peace law and order in the city, adding that no anti-social element would be allowed to disturb the peace.
