NAKODAR
The Punjab and Haryana High Court will hear on 18 March a civil writ petition challenging the concerned authorities’ failures to remove encroachments on public land by Dera Lal Babshah.
It is listed before a bench of Justice Rajesh Baradwaj.
The court will hear a petition filed by ex-councillor Hari Mittar Sondhi.
