NAKODAR
The Nakodar city police have arrested a local resident on the charges of fraud and criminal conspiracy.
Investigating Officer (IO) Rajinder Pal Singh the accused has been identified as, Shiv Kumar son of Murari Lala a resident of New Aadarsh Nagar Shankar Road Nakodar.
IO said that a case under sections.420(cheating) 465,468, 471(fraud),458(lurking house-trespass), and 120-B (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code were registered against the accused and others.
