The Nurmahal police have arrested a proclaimed offender (PO) who has been absconding for the last year. Investigating officer (IO) Amrik Singh said that the accused had been identified as Kulwinder Singh alias Gogi son of Didar Singh a resident of Ajtanni village and wanted in a case of selling illicit liquor case registered in 2020 and declared PO in 2023.
