NAKODAR
The Nakodar Sadar police have booked an unidentified tractor driver on the charge of causing death by negligence.
Resham Singh a resident of Rasul Pur complained to the police that the accused tractor driver was driving very negligently and fast and hit his nephew Ajay Kumar's motorcycle on February 21 on Uggi Rasul Pur link road killing his wife Simran Sidhu who was pillion riding.
Investigating Officer Nirmal Singh said that a case under sections 304-A (causing death by negligence) 279(rash driving) 337.338(causing hurt by an act endangering the life or safety of others.) and 427 (mischief)of the IPC had been registered against an unidentified tractor driver.
