The Nakodar City police have booked two brothers on the charges of breach of trust, cheating, and criminal crimination.
Investigating officer (IO)Dilbag Singh said that the accused has been identified as Anurag Bharajdwaj son of Ashok Kumar a resident of Hairan village and his brother Deekshat
Vajir Singh a resident of Army Enclave Phase 01 Deena village complained to Jalandhar (rural ) senior superintendent of police that the accused are employees of Malwa Capital Finance Company Limited Nakodar branch and acting with common intention helped in financing 11 vehicles on loan from the company branch and embezzled Rs 4,56,699 from areas and did not deposited Rs 95,705 of instalments in the company account and kept with them an amount of Rs 2,26761of company and thus cheated
IO said that a case under sections 406(breach of trust), 408(breach of trust by a clerk) 420(cheating), and 120-B (criminal conspiracy) of the IPC has been registered against the accused after an inquiry and further investigations are on.
