Two unidentified miscreants on Tuesday y snatched a purse from a woman on Nakodar- Jalandhar Road.
Joti Sindhu son of Lakhvir Singh complained to the police that two unidentified miscreants attacked his friend Nadani near Nagal Jiwan village on Nakodar Jallandhar road on Tuesday evening and stanched snatched her purse.
Investigating officer Dilbag Singh said the complaint is being investigated.
Increasing incidents of snatching have created a sense of fear and insecurity among residents and put a question mark on police patrolling, a Few days ago more than Rs 2 lakhs were snatched from two petrol pumps.
