The Nakodar Sadar police have arrested a second accused on the charge of stealing a sheep and lamb.
Investigating officer (IO) Amrik Singh said that the accused has been identified as Kuldeep Singh son of Kashmir Singh a resident of Tahli village
Mohamad Salim a resident of Gohir village had complained to the police that the accused and his accomplice stole a sheep and a lamb from his cattle enclosure.
IO said a case under sections 457(lurking house-trespass) 380(theft in dwelling house) and 34(committing the crime with common intention) of the IPC was registered against the accused and his accomplice Mahesh alias Deepu son of Rajinder Kumar a resident of Abaad Pura, Jalandhar city was arrested earlier.
