The Shahkot police have arrested a proclaimed offender (PO) who has been absconding for one month. Investigating Officer Jagtar Singh said that the accused has been identified as Ravi son of Tilak Raj a resident of Malsian village.
The accused is wanted in a case under section 174-A of the IPC was registered in 2017 and was declared a PO in 2024.
The Nurmahal police arrested PO Balwinder Singh alias Sodhi son of Buta Ram of Kandola Kalan village wanted in a case of gambling said IO Amandeep Singh.
