Indian Air Force (IAF) is set to recruit boys and girls for Agniveer Vayu-2025 under Agnipath scheme.
Deputy Director DBEE, Gurmail Singh informed that the online applications can be filed from January 17 to February on the portal agnipathvayu.cdac.in. He said that only unmarried male and female candidates and those who were born between January 2, 2004, and July 2, 2007 (both dates inclusive), were eligible to apply. He said that the examination would be conducted on March 17, 2024. He said that to complete the Agniveer exam registration, candidates are required to pay the Rs 550 registration fee via online mode.
Singh said that the candidates should have passed the Intermediate/10+2/equivalent examination with mathematics, physics, and English from education boards recognized by Central, State, and UT with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English or passed two years vocational course with non-vocational subject viz. physics and mathematics from education boards recognized by Central, State and UT with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in Vocational Course (or in Intermediate / Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Vocational Course). Other than Science Subjects, passed Intermediate / 10+2 / equivalent examination in any stream/subjects from education boards recognized by Central, State, and UT with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English or passed two years Vocational Course from education boards recognized by Central, State, and UT with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in Vocational Course.
