NAKODAR
The Nakodar Sadar police have booked an unidentified villager on the charge of brewing illicit country-made liquor.
The investigating officer Sukhwinder Singh said that the police recovered 600 kilograms lahann(raw liquor) from Chak Kalan village but the accused managed to flee from the spot.
A case under section 61/1/14 of the Excise Act has been registered against the unidentified accused.
