NAKODAR
The Nakodar Sadar police have arrested a villager on the charge of smuggling liquor. Investigating Officer Rajinder Singh said 14 bottles of liquor were seized from the possession of the accused identified as Dimple Kumar a resident of Gillan village. A case under sections 61/1/14 of the Punjab Excise Act has been registered against the accused released on bail.
