District Jalandhar witnessed the first sale deed registration with “ Green stamp paper “ issued by the Punjab government to boost the setting up of MSMEs under the green category industry.
Deputy Commissioner Vishesh Sarangal has handed over the registration documents to Rohit Malik , Varinder Malik, and Jaswinder Singh Sahni, who applied for sale deed registration on the Invest Punjab Portal.
It may be mentioned here that the Chief minister of Punjab Mr. Bhagwant Mann has launched the colour-coded stamp
Papers for a hassle-free process for registration of land sale deeds especially to encourage the establishment of green category industries in the state due to its eco-friendly nature.
The deputy commissioner also said that as the first green stamp paper sale deed registered, it will be very fruitful for the investors to set up their MSME units as approvals from fire, forest, Railway, PSPCL, etc would be obtained after apply on a one-stop solution provided by the invest Punjab.
