The Lohian Khas Pur police have booked four persons on the charge of assaulting a youth and criminal intimidation.
Investigating officer (IO)Kashmir l Singh said that the accused have been identified as Akash Deep a resident of Rajvir, Sukhwinder Singh, Sonu and Babu all residents of Ismail Pur village.
Rajwinder Singh (20) a resident of the same village complained to the police that the accused waylaid him and attacked him with weapons and threatened him with dire consequences.
IO said that a case under sections 323 324(voluntarily causing hurt with dangerous weapons or means) 341(wrongful restraint) 506(criminal intimidation) and 34 (committing crime with common intention) of the IPC has been registered against the accused.
