Three women among ten booked for criminal trespass, conspiracy.

SHAHKOT

The Shahkot police have booked ten persons including three women on the charge of theft, criminal trespass passes, and conspiracy.

Investigating officer Amandeep Kaur said that the accused have been identified as Lehambar Singh his wife Nirmal Kaur and sons Akashdeep and Amritpal and Jaskaran Preet and Puran Chand his wife Baksho and son Manjit and Sukhdev and his wife Kulwant Kaur all residents of Kakarr Kalan village.

Dalwinder Singh, a resident of the same village complained to the police that the accused had barged into his fields in August destroyed demarcation marks stolen them and encroached a field and sown fodder crop.

IO said a case under sections 201(causing disappearance of evidence )379(theft)

 

,434(mischief by destroying or moving any landmark fixed by the authority of a public servant)447(criminal trespass) 506(criminal intimidation) and 120-B (criminal conspiracy) of the IPC have been registered against the accused.
