The Bilga Pur police have arrested a drug peddler on the charge of selling poppy husk.
Station House Officer (SHO) Aman Saini said that 8-kilo grams of poppy husk were recovered from the possession of the accused identified as Daini alias Gopi son of Ram Lubhaya a resident of Pati Bhatti ,Bilga village.
SHO said that cases under sections 15(B) /61/85 of the NDPS Act have been registered against the accused and sub-inspector Kulwinder Singh is conducting further investigations.
