NAKODAR
The Nakodar city police have booked four persons on the charges of assaulting a village.
Investigating officer (IO) Hans Raj said that the accused have been identified as Sukha a resident of Bir Pind village, Happy, and their two unidentified accomplices.
Gurpreet Singh a resident of Manhu Wal village complained to the police that the accused attacked him with weapons and seriously injured him on December 5 at Nakodar.
.IO said a case under section 323 324 (voluntarily causing hurt with dangerous weapons or means) and 34(committing crime with common intention ) of the IPC has been registered against the accused.
