NAKODAR
The Nakodar city police have arrested two drug peddlers on the charge of selling intoxicant tablets.
Investigating Officer (IO) Hans Raj said that 235 190 intoxicant tablets(loose) were recovered from the possession of the accused identified as Sandeep son of Mohinder Singh a resident of Aadramaan village under Mehat Pur police station and Maninder Singh son of Avtar Singh a resident of Shah Pur locality Mehat Pur.
IO said that cases under sections 22(B) /61/85 of the NDPS Act have been registered against the accused.
