The Nakodar city police have booked an unidentified vehicle driver on the charge of causing death by negligence.
Ravi a resident of Nawan Pind Done Wal village under Lohian Khas police station complained to the police that the accused was driving his vehicle fast and rashly and hit his brother Sukhchain Singh’s motorcycle on December 2 night near Nakodar Sewar treatment plant and killed him and seriously injured his two friends who were pillion riding
Investigating Officer Hans Raj said a case under section 304-A (causing death by negligence) 279(rash driving) 337, 338(causing grievous hurt by act endangering life or personal safety of others. ) and 427(mischief) of the IPC has been registered against an unidentified driver.
