The Shahkot police have booked an unidentified driver on a charge of causing death by negligence.
Paramjit Singh a resident of Mehsam Pur village under Mehat Pur police station complained to the police that the accused was driving fast and rashly and hit his nephew Parminder Singh Sahil’s motorcycle on November 30 near Gurdwara Tappa Sahib Parjian grain market and killed him
Investigating Officer Buta Ram said a case under section 304-A (causing death by negligence) and 427(mischief) of the IPC has been registered against an unidentified driver.
