Tempo travel   driver arrested for rash driving



The Nakodar Sadar police have arrested a Tempo travel driver on charges of rash driving, endangering life, and mischief.

Investigating Officer (IO) Jasvir Singh said that the accused has been identified as Jagdish Chander a resident of Rajindra Park New Delhi.

Sanjay Kumar a resident of Punjabi Bagh, New Dehli complained to the police that they were traveling in tempo travel to attend a marriage in a palace near Gohir village on November 22.

Complainant said Tempo travel driver Jagdish in abbreviated condition drove vehicle fast and negligently as a result vehicle overturned seriously  injuring all occupants .



IO said that a case under sections 279(rash driving on a public highway), 337,338(act endangering life or personal safety of others), and 427(mischief) of the IPC has been registered Tempo travel driver and released him on bail.
