NAKODAR
The Nakodar city police have arrested two villagers on the charge of raping a minor girl.
Investigating officer (IO) Hans Raj said that the accused have been identified as Manwinder Singh son of Avtar Singh and Rak Kumar alias Kaka son of Jeet Ram residents of Pandori Khas village.
IO said that a case under sections 376(rape)) and 120-B (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code and sections 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act -2012 and section 3(1) of the SC/ ST- Act was registered against the accused.
