NAKODAR
The Nakodar Sadar police have arrested two drug peddlers on the charge of selling heroin.
Investigating officer (IO) Jasbir Singh said that 10 grams of heroin were recovered from the possession of the accused identified as Vinod Kumar alias Sonu Mota son of Pappu a resident of Jain colony Shahkot and Naresh Kumar alias Akash son of Malkit Singh a resident of Said Pur Jhirri village under Shahkot police station.
IO said that a case under section 21(b) /61/85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused.
