The Lohian Khas y police have arrested a Sultan Pur Lodhi villager on the charge of criminal conspiracy.
Investigating Officer (IO) Govinder Singh said that the accused has been identified as Vishal a resident of Adalat Chak village under Sultan Pur Lodhi police station.
IO said that the accused helped another accused kidnapping a minor marrying her on October 15
IO said that a case under sections 363(kidnapping) 366-A (procuration of minor girl) and 120-B (criminal conspiracy) of the IPC was registered against the accused and the other accused was arrested earlier.
