The Crime Branch of the Jalandhar Rural police ice has arrested a drug peddler for selling heroin.
Brach in charge Pushap Bali said that 100 grams of heroin were recovered from the possession of the accused identified as Karanbir Singh alias Bhura son of Harjinder Singh a resident of Manna Wala village under Chati Wind police station Amritsar.
IO said that a case under section 21(b) /61/85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused at Bhog Pur police station.
The Shahkot police arrested Manoj Kumar son of Kishor a resident of Mohalla Azad Nagar Shahkot with 10 grams of heroin said IO Sulinder Singh.
