The Lohian Khas police have arrested a drug peddler on the charge of selling intoxicant tablets.
Investigating officer (IO) Iqbal Singh said that 1520 intoxicant tablets were recovered from the possession of the accused identified as Jarnail Singh alias Gian Singh a resident of Sile Wind village under Makhu police station, Feroze Pur.
IO said that a case under section 22(c) /61/85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused and impounded a motorcycle (PB-02-CU-8261) on which he was traveling with the contraband.
