NAKODAR
The Nakodar Sadar police have arrested two persons on charge of stealing a motorcycle.
Investigating officer (IO) Jasvir Singh said that the accused have been identified as Amrit Pal son of Jagtar Singh a resident of Rurrka Kalan village under Mullan Pur Dakha police station Ludhiana and Nirmal Singh son of Jatinder Pal a resident of Mohi village under Sudhaar police station Ludhiana.
IO said that the police had received secret information that the accused were habitual thieves and were coming to Nakodar from the Nurmahal side to sell a stolen motorcycle and were intercepted at a Naka and recovered from their possession a stolen motorcycle (PB-10-HD-6008)
IO said that a case under section 379(theft) has been registered against the accused.
