NAKODAR
A Nakodar resident committed suicide on Saturday.
Investigating officer (IO) Mandeep Singh said that the deceased has been identified as Happy son of Amrik Singh a resident of Mohala Guru Nanak Pura Nakodar.
Mamta mother of the deceased told the police that her son ended his life by consuming a poisonous substance
IO said that the police acting under section 174 of the Cr.P.C handed over the body to the family after post-mortem.
