NAKODAR
The Nakodar city police have arrested a migrant on the charge of selling t country-made liquor in a public place.
Investigating officer Mandeep Singh said that the accused has been identified as Nasir Hak a native of West Bengal and presently living in front of Arya school.
IO said that the accused was selling liquor in front of a liquor vend at Ambedkar Chowk and 550 ML liquor was seized from the accused. A case under section 61/1/14 of the Punjab Excise Act has been registered against the accused who was released on bail.
