NAKODAR
The Nakodar city police have arrested a youth on the charge of stealing a motorcycle.
Investigating officer (IO) Rannjit Singh said that the accused had been identified as Kuldeep Singh (22) son of Lakhvir Singh a resident of Khuram Pur locality under Mehat Pur police station.
Subham Dhariwal a resident of Maherru village complained to the police that the accused stole his motorcycle (Pb-08-EJ-9330) parked outside DAV school in Nakodar on August 16
IO said that a case under sections 379(theft) and 411(dishonestly receiving stolen property) of the IPC has been registered against the accused and recovered from his possession of a stolen motorcycle.
