The Bilga police have arrested a second accused on the charge of assaulting a co-villager.
Investigating officer (IO) Buta Ram said that the arrested accused has been identified as Jagtar Chand of Begum Pur
Paramjit Kumar resident of the same village has complained to the police that the accused and two unidentified accused barged into his shop beat him with baseballs and seriously injured him.
IO said that a case under sections 323 voluntarily causing hurt), 452(lurking house-trespass), and 427(mischief) of the IPC was registered against the accused and nominated Gurwinder Singh Gairy of Begum Pur village in this case who instigated attackers.
