The body of a 40 -40-year-old man who was swept away in floods has been found.
Investigating Officer (IO) Iqbal Singh said that the deceased has been identified as Gur Nishan Singh son of Bhajan Singh a resident of JamaIi Pur village under Makhu police station Feroze Pur
Parwinder Kaur wife of the deceased told the police that her husband died after he drowned in flood water.
IO said the police acting under section 174 of the CR.P.C handed over the body to the family after the mortem.
