The Shahkot police have arrested two miscreants on the charge of snatching a mobile phone.
Investigating Officer (IO) Lakhvir Singh said that the accused has been identified as Jagdish alias Harman son of Paramjit and Baljit alias Peeta son of Pl Singh residents of Malsian village.
Paramjit Singh, a resident of the same village complained to the police that he was walking on foot on the main road of Shahkot on August 2 when the accused snatched his smartphone.
IO said that a case under section 379-B (snatching ) of the IPC has been registered against the accused.
