The Bilga police have arrested a villager on the charge of kidnapping and confining a woman minor girl .
Investigating officer (IO)Satpal said that the accused has been identified as Gurteg Singh alias Raju son of Makhann Singh a resident of Sudhara Burj Hassan
Hardeep a resident of Sudhara Burj Hassan village complained to the police that the accused had kidnaped his wife and confined her.
IO said that police also booked Kuldeep Kaur wife of Kashmir Singh a resident of Sudhara Burj Hassan village for stealing Rs 30,000 and 20 grams of golden ornament from the house Hardeep Singh.
Investigating officer (IO) that a case under section 346(wrongful confinement in secret) and 380(theft in dwelling house) of the IPC has been registered against Raju and Kuldeep Kaur .
