NAKODAR
The Nakodar city police have arrested fifth members of a family on the charge of outraging a woman’s modesty.
Investigating Officer (IO) Rajinder Pal Singh said that the accused has been identified as Riad daughter of Sunny a resident of Pure Wal colony Nakodar.
IO said that a case under sections 354 (criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty),323(voluntarily causing hurt) 451(house trespass) 427(mischief), and 148 and 149(rioting) of the IPC was registered against the accused and four members of her family were arrested earlier.
